Sweet, rich, and straight from the heart of the farm, our Sugarcane Jaggery Block is made from heirloom variety sugarcane, that is slow-cooked to perfection in an iron kadai over firewood. 

We use a time-honored process where sustainably grown sugarcane juice is purified with a natural coagulant, okra pulp (just as tradition intended). Further, with no chemicals, no shortcuts, it`s just pure, unrefined sweetness packed with minerals and deep, caramel-like flavor.
